Set up
An afternoon, and you don’t start from zero.
Sign in with your email. Name your salon, put your styles and prices on the menu, add your braiders.
Bring your clients across from Booksy, Square or StyleSeat, or from a spreadsheet, your notes or your phone’s contacts. Check them, and you’re live.

Calls
Each braider gets a line that rings their own phone.
No new phone. The line rings the one the braider already has; press 1 to take the call. Give the number out, put it on Instagram.
Busy braiding? The voice assistant picks up instead of voicemail: prices, free times, what the style needs. Regulars are greeted by name. Callers hear it’s an AI, and that the call may be recorded.
Your DMs are written up the same way.
Connect the salon’s Instagram once. Every conversation, voice notes too, becomes a booking to make or a reply to send, with what the client told you on the client’s record.
