Before you start.

Do my braiders need a new phone?

No. Their line rings the phone they already have. When they pick up, they press 1 to take the call.

Do my clients need an app?

No. They call or text a normal phone number, and book from your menu link in any browser.

Is it legal to record the calls?

Every caller hears that the call may be recorded before it rings through, which covers states that need both sides to agree.

Where does the money go?

To your own Stripe or Square account, and from there to your bank.

I’m on Booksy. Do I start from zero?

No. When you set up, you bring your clients, services and bookings across from Booksy, Square or StyleSeat, or add your clients from a list, a spreadsheet or your notes.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Your 7 free days start once your salon is set up, and cover one braider. Add your card when you choose to keep going.

What happens after the 7 days?
